The sexual abuse and exploitation of children is abhorrent, and it has no place on Nullsend or anywhere else. This page explains how our service is built, where to report a child in danger or child sexual abuse material so that it reaches people equipped to act, and what we do when someone reports misuse of Nullsend to us.
Nullsend Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales with company number 17266592. References to "Nullsend", "we", "us" and "our" mean Nullsend Ltd.
Files are encrypted in your browser before they leave your device, so our systems only ever hold ciphertext. We cannot read, scan, or index the contents of the files sent through the service, and neither can anyone we work with. This is how the product is built, not a policy we could quietly reverse.
Because we cannot see file contents, we cannot detect illegal material by inspecting it. What we can act on is what is reported to us, together with the limited metadata we hold about an account. That is why a genuine child-safety emergency needs to reach the specialist services below quickly and directly, and why we ask you not to send suspected illegal material to us.

To report misuse of Nullsend (including suspected illegal use of our service) so we can act on the account, use our report form: app.nullsend.io/report. Please do not upload or attach any illegal material to us; report that to the specialist services above.
Reports of misuse are reviewed by a person against what the reporter tells us and the metadata we hold. Because files are encrypted and we cannot read them, we act at the account level: where we find an account is being used in breach of our acceptable use rules, we may suspend or close it. We route anyone reporting a child in danger or child sexual abuse material outward to the specialist services above, who are equipped to act on the material itself.
